Jabil is dedicated to giving back to local communities by creating opportunities for employees to get involved and drive positive change through our Jabil Cares program. Teams at each of our global sites implement a localized strategy to invest in their communities around causes related to Education, Empowerment, and the Environment in ways that are meaningful to them.

Our Focus Areas
The volunteer action our worldwide teams create aim to make a positive difference in three key areas:
Education
Our commitment to improving education in underserved areas includes classroom grants and ensuring students have the resources needed to pursue their interests. By inviting them to explore our manufacturing sites, we aim to inspire careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Jabil helps equip these future leaders for success by donating books, supplies, and technology, as well as scholarships. We also support health education and awareness by contributing to and participating in community races, blood drives, and other charitable events.
Nurturing Future Innovators
Jabil’s site in Penang partners with two local organizations to offer site tours, guest speakers, and mentorship to young women wanting to pursue careers in STEM.
Day of Service
Every year, we collaborate with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers to transform a different community center, school, or park that supports the personal and academic growth of Tampa-area children.
Empowerment
To support individuals and communities in need, our empowerment efforts focus on providing opportunities for people with disabilities, aiding vulnerable groups, and tackling issues like food, water, and housing insecurity.
Jabil Cares also organizes food drives, contributes to housing projects, and offers natural disaster relief. Our dedication to creating inclusive work environments is highlighted through seminars and events, which aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve and the communities we are part of.
Fighting Food Insecurity
Our Mexico sites in Baja, Chihuahua, and Guadalajara work to stamp out hunger in their communities through food drives, preparation, and delivery at-risk groups such as new emigrants, children fighting cancer, and unhoused individuals.
Autism Awareness Through Action
In collaboration with autism rehabilitation school Aihao, employees at our site in Shanghai participate in awareness workshops and get involved in organizing games, crafts, and musical performances for the children.
Environment
From beaches to mountain trails, our environmental initiatives not only enhance natural beauty but also promote sustainability for future generations. Our volunteers participate in cleanups around the world, aiming to preserve these areas for community enjoyment and ecological balance.
Through partnerships with local organizations, our efforts also include habitat rejuvenation and reforestation to support ecosystems and combat climate change. And by teaching environmental stewardship through workshops and educational events, we strive to ensure a sustainable future for the inheritors of our planet.
Eco-Education in the Classroom
Jabil’s site in Uzhgorod, Ukraine launched a program to better educate employees and the community on food recycling, reducing food waste, and other ways to grow a greener community.
Beach Beautification, Forest Reforestation
In celebration of Earth Day and World Environment Day, our Dominican sites in San Cristobal and Santo Domingo run regular reforestation and beach cleanup events that aim to restore and beautify local beaches and the Nigua Ecological Park.
